Schutt XV Skill Shoulder Pads - AIR
Built for the players who have to move. Low cut, low weight, built for speed.
Skill players do not get paid to stand still and absorb hits. They get paid to run, cut, reach and catch, and a pad that fights any of that costs you plays. The XV Skill cut strips the shell back to what a receiver, back or defensive back actually needs, and Schutt's redesigned tactical arch puts the protection where the contact really lands. AIR cushioning keeps the whole build light and quick drying, so the pads feel the same in the fourth quarter as they did in warmups.
Built for skill positions
- Skill cut: Developed for skill positions, quarterbacks, receivers and defensive backs, where reach and rotation matter more than mass.
- Split back arch: Follows the shape of the player and flexes with the torso instead of locking it down.
- Ultra-Move Arch Technology: Opens up mobility through the shoulder so the throwing and catching motion stays clean.
- Redesigned tactical arch: Improved arches and cushions across the whole XV series, tuned for a more modern fit.
AIR cushioning
- 5/8 inch air management foam: Traditional foam cushioning throughout, sized to protect without adding bulk.
- Speed sensitive impact system: Stiffens on a hard hit and stays soft through normal movement.
- Quick dry construction: Sheds sweat fast so the pads do not carry water weight into the second half.
- 4-piece removable air channels: Take them out or keep them in to tune the fit to your own body.

When will my order arrive?
Most EU orders arrive in 2–5 business days. You’ll see your exact ETA at checkout and in your tracking email. If anything changes, we’ll email you with the new expected date. If an item becomes unavailable, we’ll contact you right away with alternatives or a refund.
Pre-orders/backorders display an expected ship date.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days from you received the item in unused condition with original packaging. Exchanges are supported; start in our Returns Portal. Refunds are processed 3–7 business days after we receive your item.
Will I pay customs, VAT or extra fees?
EU: VAT included, no fees on delivery.
Norway: VOEC—VAT collected at checkout on eligible orders.
UK & non-EU: Local duties/taxes may apply per local rules (shown or linked at checkout).
Which payment methods can I use?
